Apprehensions
Update
In this newsletter, we wanted to highlight our Assistant Supervisor Jackie, who had three notable apprehensions this Spring in our Sonitrol Central Statnion. Jackie has won several awards with Sonitrol WNY, and her effort this year highlights her continued hard work, success, and dedication to Sonitrol customers.
#1 – Upon receiving a glass break alarm, Jackie quickly dispatched police to the scene of a local retail store. Police apprehended one suspect who attempted to break the front window but never got inside!
#2 – At a different location for the same retail business, Jackie received a video alarm and dispatched local police who apprehended the criminal.
#3 – Jackie received a video alarm for an outdoor retail store and dispatched police to the scene. She continued to monitor the video and communicate with police, who eventually found and apprehended the suspect hiding on site!
